Two staff reviewing safety controls beside a clear pedestrian route in a modern automotive showroom and office

Offices and customer-facing showrooms can look low risk, but everyday defects, unsuitable workstations, unsafe access and uncontrolled vehicle movement can still cause serious harm.

This practical UK-focused course helps office, reception, sales and showroom teams recognise common hazards, act within their authority and report problems before somebody is harmed.

Course structure: five lessons followed by a ten-question final assessment. Passing confirms awareness; it does not replace a workplace risk assessment, DSE assessment, fire training or authorisation to move vehicles.
