Vehicle air suspension can move without warning and may retain hazardous pressure even when the vehicle appears switched off.
This eight-lesson awareness course helps technicians and supervisors recognise crushing, trapping and ejection risks; select safe physical support; apply manufacturer-specific service and isolation procedures; manage lifting, wheel and roadside tasks; and return a system to service under control.
It includes a 10-question assessment and Certificate of Completion. Awareness training does not replace practical familiarisation, the exact repair information or employer authorisation.
A refresher is recommended every 12 months, or sooner after relevant change, incident, near miss, unsafe observation or prolonged non-use.
