Safe Use of Diisocyanates – Intermediate Training

Combined general and intermediate safe-use training for industrial and professional users of products containing diisocyanates. It covers the legal threshold and training-level boundary, health risks and sensitisation, open mixtures, brush and roller application, dipping and pouring, ventilated-booth spraying, cold post-treatment, cleaning, waste, change control, health surveillance and biological monitoring.

Training boundary: this course does not cover advanced tasks, select product-specific COSHH controls, prove practical competence or grant employer authorisation. Employers must confirm the correct training level and controls for the exact product and task.
