Screen work should not leave people accepting daily aches as normal. This practical online course helps office, home, hybrid and hot-desk workers arrange their workstation, use laptops more safely, plan movement and breaks, manage lighting and eye comfort, and report concerns early.

The course contains eight concise lessons and a twelve-question final assessment. Learners need 80% to pass.
